Room was spacious. Bathroom is a bit cramped but similar to a lot of hotels in Japan. Shower is communal on the first floor.

鹿児島中央駅に行くのに路面電車を乗り継がないといけないから最初はわからなかったので不便を感じたけど、慣れると大丈夫なので、静かで良い場所でした。 朝早くに散歩に出たときもスタッフさんが受付に居てくれたので助かりました！ありがとうございます！また鹿児島に来た際は利用させていただきます！

友人宅がこちらのホテルから近く利用させていただきました。思ってた以上に部屋が広く、快適に過ごせました。 初日にシャワーの問題がありましたが、翌日には対応して下さったので、良かったです。 車で鹿児島まで行ったので駐車場があるのは、便利でした。 またの機会には利用します。

薬を飲む為の水が欲しくて、フロントスタッフに尋ねたら水は無いと言われてフロントの受付カウンターに置いてあった温泉水ボトルならと150円で売っている水を買う羽目になり、次の日フロント奥に自動販売機が設置されてある事に気づきました！昨日(自動販売機は無いのかなぁ？)と言って探して居たのを見ていたはずのスタッフは、不親切極まり無い！‼️と腹立たしい残念な思いになりました。

安いから、がまんが必要

仕事で連休始まりで他が異常に高くて唯一安かったので仕方なく泊まりましたがましたが、 受付の方は再研修が必要と思った。 受付して笑顔なし、利用客に対する配慮なし、本当にホテル業としてやってるの？ここは何か特殊なホテル？客室は廊下、居室が消毒？か何か異様な鼻につく臭い。 部屋の絨毯に清潔感が乏しく、壁に傷や落書き？かどうかはわからないけれど、のようなものがあったり、古い設備なのでとれない汚れや劣化もみられ… 水量が少ない？のか浴槽にお湯がなかなかたまらなかったです。昔のホテルなんですよね、大浴場は利用する気がしない写真で行ってません。自転車無料で貸してもらえてよかったです。 他のお客様が駐車場の件で受付の対応に激怒りされていてクレーム対応処理はまったくできていなくて恐ろしくびっくりしました。 接客業として、もう一度再研修をされてください。 一般の方が働く場所でないなら酷評ですみません。 申し訳ないけどもう泊まりません。車でなければ市街へのアクセスもバス停も遠くて不便。選択ミスでした。
