"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"Staying here for 4 nights, room is spacious and exactly as on the photos. Kitchen is well equipped, there is balcony in the photo but is locked and not allowed to access. The toilet seat is not a Japanese style one, shower pressure is weak. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. WiFi is bit slow too. Free parking is a plus. "I had a great experience at Laguna! The atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the service made the experience even more enjoyable. Laguna is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience. I’ll gladly visit again!"

"We booked a club room with lounge access which was a lifesaver during Typhoon Dolphin where we were trapped for 2 full days inside the hotel. Food variety and drinks were plenty and of good quality. Only caveat is, when you stay over a week in the same hotel, the lounge food is the same day by day, no changes or other choice at all which gets boring. Besides the monotonous daily same choices, hotel is clean, staff are really nice and polite and everything is clean! We would come back again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however it’s a bit far from anything and the beach is more like an enclosed river; you can only access a small roped off area. It is however beautiful. They were a little stingy in the towels in the rooms and we continuously needed more which seemed to frustrate them."
