"This hotel is situation at at steep hill with a nice overview of the valey. Our room was as described. The staff is VERY friendly and VERY helpfull. They try to make every wish possible for you. It was a bit cold and they immediately made a fire in the woodstove of the restaurant and also turned on central heating. Consider the steep foodpath to reach the hotel and call the hotel in advance to arrange your luggage transfer via small rope way. We would visit this hotel anytime again."

"MR.ÇAN THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, WE LOVE HIM. THE HOTEL LOCATION IS GOOD, 10 MINUTES WALK TO AYDER PLATEAU, SHOPS & RESTAURANTS. ALSO, HAS AN AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEW. THE HOTEL IS SMALL AND MATCHING THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. THE BREAKFAST IS REASONABLE & IS ORGANIC. ROOM IS SMALL BUT AGAIN TO MATCH THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. IF WOULD LIKE TO ENJOY THE NATURE, GO TO AYDER BUT IN SEASON TIME. "

"The view is wonderful and the room is nice. There is no room service except the breakfast. Nobody cleaned our room. They say that there is a kitchen but with very limited devices, impossible to cook there. Also, in our second night there was no water to take a shower. For me it is expensive considering what it offers. I would select another room next time."
