"사장님은 친절했으나, 시설은 그냥 그렇네요. 겉으로 보기에만 괜찮아 보이지 청결하지는 않아요. 객실에 담배 냄새가 났습니다. 천정 냉난방기 난방이 따뜻하지 않았고 먼지가 가득했습니다. 스타일러는 잘 작동하였으나 스팀 물부족 경고등이 떠있어 손님이 직접 물보충을 해야 작동할 수 있었고 냉장고 안에 물이 흥건하게 흘러 수건 하나 깔아서 음료 넣어놨네요.. 화장실은 수압도 괜찮고 온수가 잘 나왔습니다. 드라이기 바람도 강해서 좋았고 비데가 잘 작동하여 좋았습니다. 다만 화장실 거울 부착된곳 거을 LED가 들어와도 얼굴을 비추지 못했고 너무 어두워 화장하기 매우 불편했습니다. 피부 톤을 감별할 수 없음..;; 침대와 이불, 베게는 푹신해서 좋았으나 위생이 아쉽습니다. 겉으로 보기에는 멀쩡하나 이불커버 안쪽 피부 닿는 부분에 살색 BB크림 같은것이 묻어있어 찝찝했네요. 연인끼리 잠깐 쉬어가기에는 뭐 그럭 저럭.. 이나 출장차 방문하여 숙면을 취한 후 일하러 가야 하는 사람에게는...

"The hotel does not look as new as it appears in the photos. The surrounding neighborhood is not very clean or appealing, with many warehouse-style home improvement businesses nearby. Our room overlooked large construction garages directly next to the hotel, which was disappointing. Our first room had a shower that leaked into the toilet area. The staff moved us to a second room, but it had the same issue and an even worse view. Since it was almost midnight, we stayed the night and spoke with the manager the next morning. The manager moved us to a third room on a higher floor. Although the view was slightly better, it still faced the construction garages. We had already unpacked and repacked twice, so we asked the staff to move our belongings, which they did. The shower in the third room still leaked, but less than the previous two rooms, so we decided to stay there for the rest of our trip. Overall, the hotel did not match the description or photos. While the staff was courteous and tried to help, the repeated room issues and disappointing surroundings affected our stay. I also found the bright white lighting in the room to be cold and uninviting. Warm lighting would have made the room feel much more comfortable."

"Thr hotel.is conveniently located near the City Hall subway station, which made travel around Seoul easy and convenient. There is plenty of shopping within a short walk and there are restaurants and convenience stores within a block of the hotel entrance. The staff was excellent and committed to being helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had a great view (we were on the 17th floor). Slippers were provided and complimentary water was refilled in the refrigerator daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower very nice, with almost instant hot water. The breakfast service provided us with a great start to each day with several choices and food prepared to order. I would definitely stay in this hotel during future visits to Seoul."
