「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've had. SCAM BEHAVIOR I booked this hotel through Expedia paid five days in advance for a work colleague. At 10:30 p.m., I called the hotel to let them know he would be arriving after midnight. The clerk confirmed the reservation and assured me late check-in would not be a problem. When my colleague arrived around 1:30 a.m., he was told there was no reservation. I stayed on the phone during the entire interaction. The clerk said he needed to contact...

As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」
