"The hotel was very clean. It's obviously an older building, but the rooms have been renovated recently. They are very clean and modernized. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would definately look at this hotel again when visiting Ottawa. Great value!"

"Picturesque building and decor, easy parking, friendly and attentive staff. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Room was generally clean but with some areas that needed cleaning. Basic amenities available and worked well, especially the heater! "

"Great hotel for families, lots of activities onsite. Cozy reception area with log fire. Friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was a little dated and could use an upgrade for sure, but enjoyed the charm of it nonetheless. The brunch was excellent. The only downside was the pool area and pool water was cold, I did not enjoy it. It didn’t bother my kids though. "
