Bem localizado porém sujo e infestado de baratas

A recepção até que estava limpa e organizada. O quarto deixa muito a desejar. Tinha muita barata no quarto, matei várias. O banheiro tinha vazamento de água no box que deixa a parte externa totalmente molhada. O parapeito da janela estava com muita cinza de cigarro e o cheiro dominava o quarto. O colchão estava bem sujo e com muitas manchas e só reparei pq o lençol era pequeno e não ficava no lugar. A sauna não funciona.

Não houve serviço de quarto, consequentemente reposição das toalhas de banho, não foi entregue toalha de rosto. O aparelho de ar condicionado após duas horas ligado começava a gotejar água no quarto, além de estar com o filtro sujo. A cortina não contava com a última argola, denunciando total falta de manutenção do mesmo.

Havia batata no quarto, café da manhã as frutas e iogurte fica em área quente, porta do quarto não abre e o recepcionista nem fez questão de ir olhar, falou para ir tentando que uma hora abriria, que era pilha.

Razoável, ainda que seja um imóvel antigo, com suas peculiaridades, a falta de limpeza e asseio, marcaram de forma negativa minha hospedagem. Mesmo reforçando com a recepção a necessidade de melhora na prestação do serviço de limpeza, não fui atendida!
