「Sehr schöne Unterkunft, es war fast alles perfekt. Die Unterkunft bot alles was man benötigte. Wenn die Matratze im Bett mit einem Topper versehen gewesen wäre, dann hätten wir 5 Sterne und auch mehr vergeben. So hatten wir auf der sehr harten Matratze keine gute Nacht, aber das ist unser empfinden, andere schlafen gerne auf einer Matzatze die kaum nachgibt. Sorry.」

「1.The hotel counter refused to help us to print the ticket( A4*3 pages), even if we paid extra. Then I have to go to the next hotel to ask for help. Another hotel does not charge any fees to help me print three tickets. 2.we booking one "triple room including breakfast ", the receptionist told to us only 2 breakfast is included. The third person has to pay extra. but the confirmation didn't show this rule.」

「Das Hotel an sich war gut, scheint kürzlich renoviert worden zu sein. Ich hatte 7 nächte gebucht, musste aus Familiären Gründen leider früher abreisen, habe also nur drei Nächte. Leider konnte ich wegen Buchung über Expedia nicht stornieren 」

「Perfect Location. Perfect Staff. Perfect room. Located right at the Marketplace Square, 5 minute walk to Tour Information center, 5 minute walk from Lutherstadt Wittenberg Alstadt train station. In the heart of the historic district. Warm and Friendly staff that offered wonderful guidance. Large comfortable room. Felt safe and secure. 」

「Not an exciting hotel but very pleasant, comfortable and convenient. With the Italian restaurant on the ground floor this was very tasty with a great menu and good service. The room was quite spacious with a clean and functional shower room and toilet.」
