「Water in bathroom had to call in no plumber for two days no according to representative . Limited supply of towels. 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days. After plumber came problem still persisted. Your feet get wet when go to toilet. Welcome kit not complete. Communication between representative was not up to par. Basically had to beg to get cleaning lady in.」

「Codes to get in building to complicated , we got 3 keys and then we still needed code to get in building , my husband asked for bottle water to take his morning medicine and the cleaning lady didn't give him any that it was time to ck out, also we asked for 1hour to leave and she send a message an they can ONLY give use 10 minutes:(」

「Struttura molto bella e pulita. Abbiamo pernottato nella stanza Luxury e la vasca la rende molto piacevole, un plus non da poco considerando che a Roma si trovano raramente strutture cosi. Check-in effettuato direttamente telefonicamente. Esperienza piacevolissima. Anche se la struttura non si trova al centro c’è comunque la metro che permette di arrivare al Colosseo molto velocemente, quindi la posizione non è un problema anche se un po’ fuori mano. Ringraziamo anche la signora Loredena con cui...

「The room is perfect for a city stay, lovely and all the mod coms. Host is so welcoming and friendly.」

「The A/C was not working so it was quite hot at night. Also the area was extremely noisy (lots of trafic throughout the entire night). Hard to sleep. Staff was very nice. Room was quite big.」
