「1. Staffs are not professionally dress nor presentable to quest. Can't even speak English. 2. The food and room service needed much improvement. Even though the service is not upto the point I tip them generously. 3. No hot water at all in the shower. It was difficult to shower early morning to catch the early morning flight 4.
