「Fue una excelente experiencia , el lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y la seguridad es algo muy importante para la administration del hotel. Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa. La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente. 」

「So this feels more like a homestay than hotel. But the staff and hosts are very friendly. You get breakfast but for me one day I woke up late and they asked me to join for lunch instead. So that's very nice. I think location wise close to San Antonio area and price is good too. For what I paid I think I got good service and help from everybody so I liked it.」

「We had an excellent stay at HYPE STATES. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We arrived late for check-in, and the kitchen at Selvah, the rooftop restaurant, had already closed, so we were not able to try the full menu. Even so, they kindly prepared a ceviche for us, and it was delicious. The cocktails were also excellent, and the servers provided outstanding service. We truly appreciated the attention and hospitality and would definitely stay here again.」
