"I booked the hotel because of the sea view, however the room i received had no sea view. There's a fish restaurant right next to the hotel, so the rooms at that side of the hotel smell like fish. The staff was more than generous to offer me an upgrade to a different room. Finally, the 2nd reason we booked this hotel was because breakfast was included in the package, however, no breakfast was available at the property."

"First it may have been Expedia’s problem that staff at the front desk said we didn’t have reservations even though I got a confirmation email. The place is decent, we had to request towels and the remote for the air conditioner. Some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Other staff were nice and helpful. "

"The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life, extremely dirty place. I would not recommend this place to anyone whatsoever unless you want to be bitten by bed bugs and have them charge you an extra night for an early check-in of a few hours. Very materialistic experience. Even charged me for a towel that fell on their dirty floor and I used to clean up their own dust. Never again."

"We enjoyed our stay. However, it was very busy at the pool. If you plan to go swim after 11 am, you will not find a chair to sit. We had to reserve chairs at 7 am in the morning. We were in a sea view suite. It was a beautiful room. But, the lights is the bathroom did not work. We called the reception and they said they will send someone from maintenance to fix it. But, no one came."
