「Excelente habitación 」

「Non-existent communication or staff (aparantly nobody actually owns the hotel). Rooms are tired and worn. The hotel is on a busy road so quite noisey and you have to clean the room before you leave or risk getting a fine」

「Everything was perfect. The staff were really helpful, giving us tips on places to go. Iasmim and Mauro were great, also the Portuguese lady that I can’t recall her name. The hotel was clean and quiet, a good location if you have a car. 」

「Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana.」

「The first room was nothing like the photo on my booking. No balcony - no views ( just a service yard) and noisy drains kept me awake. Moved rooms after I complained. Only stayed 3 nights not four. 」
