"I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this La Quinta hotel. I was staying with my family, including young children aged 3 months, 1 year, 12 years, and 14 years, and the environment was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. The room next to ours had a strong smell of marijuana that carried directly into our space. It was overwhelming at times and not something any family—especially with infants—should have to deal with. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, there was no urgency or concern shown. Even worse, no effort was made to move us to another room or offer any kind of refund so we could find accommodations elsewhere. On top of that, basic amenities were lacking. The pool had no towels available for guests, which is something you expect at even the most average hotels. When asking staff about it, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Tub was full of water when we arrived and we ask no one came to clean and drain it. Overall, the staff came across as rude and uninterested in resolving issues or ensuring guest comfort. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here—especially for families. "

"24 hr shuttle is reliable on the half hour. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our family appreciates the extended layout with the sitting area and pullout bed. Breakfast is good. Park and fly is available. Not super fancy but near an industrial business area. Cascade station is a few minutes away by car for shopping dining and transportation. Comfortable and reliable for repeat stays near the airport. "

"Excellent staff. Park and fly option is ideal. Rooms have been renovated. Carpet in hallway is a bit grimy on the 4th floor. Beds and linens are clean and very nice. "

"Room was amazing fully stocked and clean. Loved the free laundry. Only having one door to come in and out of was inconvenient and the security guard was Inappropriate and Rude starting cussing out my boyfriend who was waiting out by our car. Accusing him of trespassing and not supposed to be there. We had stayed three nights but because of the ordeal with the guard we were not allowed to stay another night even tho it was for already. Disappointed that the security was allowed to act like that and it down to his word against ours and apparently guests/customers are NOT always right anymore EVER… other than that the staff was kind even the manger was nice all things considered."

"Breakfast wasn’t worth the extra charge it should be included. The room was comfy and the check in process was easy. The staff was a little rude the next day when I went to extend my stay and I thought it was unnecessary to charge me for another deposit. I ended up paying three separate deposits during my stay… other than that it was a great place and I would recommend it"

"The front desk staff was the best thing about this hotel. O was gone from my room from 8:00am until 6:30 Pm and my room wasn’t cleaned when I returned. It is in great need of a makeover. "
