"My family and I stayed at JW Marriott Kolkata last weekend. We had the most luxurious stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. But the food was the highlight for us … it was simply divine. Big thanks to Arvind Singh (operations manager at JW Kitchen) for organising the restaurant so incredibly well. Excellent quality food and amazing service! Huge shoutout and gratitude Souvik and Bishal for serving us with the utmost hospitality and care. Souvik really went over and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us find preparations suitable to our pure veg dietary requirements. Souvik really excelled in his service. Thank you Souvik! Also thanks to Shreya at guest relations for her friendly and smooth checkin. I really appreciated her hospitality alot.
