「Close to Rome Airport. In spite of the instructions posted on the website, the pick-up point for the Shuttle bus was not obvious at the airport which resulted in us taking a very expensive taxi ride for a relatively short distance with a drive who really didn't want to do it.」

「We had a very pleasant stay. The welcome was warm, and all the staff, both at the reception and during breakfast, were genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a nice bonus. The only downside was the walk to the city centre. There is no sidewalk for part of the route, so you have to walk on the road.」

「Breakfast was good. Most of the staff were very accommodating, especially with children. The grounds are beautiful, pool could be cleaner. Not very much shade, no umbrellas at the pool. Unfortunately, the beach was not great, very rocky and bad weather caused big waves… The room is comfortable, however ants were a guest most of time. Shuttle to Tropea was quite expensive. Overall, nice stay.」

「This is probably the best place to stay in Tropea. It is good prices, clean and very good rooms, and the owner Francesco is fantastic. He is so helpful, and a really great guy. He saved us at 22 pm one evening without a room and fixed a room for us. The room was clean, with great aircondition and nice bathroom. A little walk to the beach, but that is worth it. Will recommend this to everyone!!」

「These people do not speak English whatsoever. They try to up charge you at every step. Parking is a disaster. The young girl at the reception could care less about anything. She was more concerned about her manicure. I was not given pool towels at the reception upon check in, and they were trying to charge me for towels. Breakfast opens at 0730. 「We stayed at Kairos Tropea for 3 nights and had a great stay! We walk everywhere, so we found that the location (while not right in town) was fairly easy to walk into town or to the beach, and it was quiet at night. For meals, there were a lot of markets and restaurants nearby and the hotel had an excellent breakfast. The staff were great: Paulo was very responsive and coordinated a spot on a group boat trip, Rosella at the front desk was very helpful, and Kira made amazing cappuccinos at...

「We found our stay to be perfect we were right on the beach with restaurants all along the boardwalk behind our hotel. Breakfast was delicious and serene on the outside patio of this lush property. Staff was so kind and helpful. Also a quick 5min walk up to the top town with view of all Tropea. We would stay here again and again :)」
