Couldn't use my Silver member's benefit

Sad that I was not allowed to use my Silver member benefit as offered in my reservation: "Congratulations! As a Silver member, you get access to extra benefits when you book a VIP Access accommodation. Your exclusive Silver benefits: 20% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages (once per stay)" The restaurant was closed the night I arrived and the hotel did not allowed me to use in the morning paying an additional breakfast service.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zimmer sehr klein (ein großer Koffer hätte nicht reingepasst), aber super sauber, mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, Föhn und AC. Bett außerordentlich bequem, sehr weich. Bad super sauber, tolle Dusche mit viel Druck. Check in und out problemlos, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen. Frühstücksbuffet traumhaft. Große Auswahl, frische Speisen, warme Speisen viel Auswahl an Milchalternativen und allergikerfreundliches Brot etc. Wir kommen wieder.

Bra hotell! Vi er to kompiser på mc-tur, som nøt hvert vårt deluxe-rom med nydelig utsikt over vannet. Serveringen i byen stengte litt tidlig (kl 21) på torsdag, men vi fikk oss et par øl i hotellbaren her på Vox utover kvelden. Hotellet anbefales!
