"Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!"

"Good items for breakfast everything was fresh and plenty to offer. Parking was fine. Gentleman running front desk was very nice and helpful."

"You can tell it is an older hotel, but it was clean. The bed was very comfy. The shower had good pressure, which was a plus! The AC was not on when we checked in, and it was very stuffy in the room for a while. That is the only thing that wasn't great. Parking was super easy, and there was plenty of light in the parking lot, which was very nice since we got there in the evening. The clerks (both night and morning) were very helpful. The breakfast was good, the eggs were fluffy, and the biscuit was still warm."

"There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference"

"Breakfast choices were good and fresh. Room shower needs some fixing with the faucet. Excellent parking. Staff very friendly."

"The room was super far away from the elevator and smelled like terrible body odor or smelly feet. They did try to deodorize it, but that didn’t help. The floor was also sticky and when I put a wet towel down to try to clean it, the towel was black from whatever was on the hard wood/laminate floor. They moved me to a different room and it was much better. Parking is super shady across a dark alley and guests have to lug their luggage down stairs and across the alley and enter through a back door. Bring back valley parking, please."

"I was traveling with my son on a college visit, the room was clean, the customer service was terrible, my card was charged twice for the room and when I notified the young lady at the front desk she was very rude, she had a attitude with me and it was my card that was charged twice, no management at the property to get it resolved, I had to insist she call management, terrible experience the rest of my stay the lady at from desk she kept rolling her eyes and staring me down, I definitely will never go back to this hotel, terrible experience, very disappointed, poor customer service! "
