「第一次到紐約，沒有方向感也不知道交通路線怎麼安排，還好飯店離火車站不遠，走路約十分鐘，但真正方便的還是開車，有免費停車，早餐有肉有蛋有咖啡給60分，但如果算上交通費（三個人來回大概50刀），其實可以在市區找一個更便利出行的酒店，總之還行給過！」

「Great hotel with nice restaurant. Only issue was hosekeeping not careful in closing door as we found door not closed all the way. Hotel addressed it but no apology hust denial from housekeeping. We understand it was not intentional but at least acknowledge a mistake. Nothing waa stolen. But something bad could habe happened. Hope this js a lesson learned to make sure doors are fully closed. We will stay again but probably not request room to be serviced. We never had such an issue anywhere else....

「We only stayed for one night, which was suitable for a brief visit. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in our room was out of order, requiring us to visit the lobby for hot water and drinking water. The bathroom was spacious and featured a modern shower. However, the toilet bowl had not been thoroughly cleaned for guests, as we noticed a small, faeces-like stain on the side of the bowl. 」

「我不得不建议应该换掉这间酒店的管理团队，这是我住过的管理最差的一间Hampton Inn酒店。一是酒店的整洁程度很差，窗户玻璃很脏，有照片为证。二是酒店用品准备不齐备，shampoo一个人用完就空了。三是早餐很简陋，牛奶只有一种选择，肉饼质量很差。我相信在成本方面，hampton inn 所有的酒店应该是一样的，但是提供的服务和食物相差很大，这说明什么，只能说明管理团队比较懒，不太负责任。」

「Fantastic stay at Homewood Suites! luxurious room, and great amenities. The staff was attentive, and the location was perfect. Arrived almost 30 minutes earlier than check-in time, but the fromt office arranged the check-in immediately! Check-out was also smooth & fast! Highly recommend—will definitely return!」
