They did try to help, but we’re not the youngest of people, so we ended up finding another hotel in Mulhouse, about 15 minutes away. We had to stay there and pay an extra €50 because we had no choice but to find alternative accommodation. The whole situation was totally inconvenient. I’m just disappointed that nobody notified us that the hotel would not be open that day"
