"Clean room with a beautiful view on the lake. Room has all comforts, clean bed and linens. Temperature control. Microwave, Coffee kettel and all requirements are provided. Room and washroom have good power outlets. It was a very comfortable stay. The restaurant was closed, as it was Thanksgiving weekend. The service and check-in was good. We were provided information regarding restaurant and food joints which were open and they were not too far from the Inn. Sorry, this app does not allow to alter the star, hence put average as I did not want to be rude. But, the menu is great and I am sure the food it delicious. He owner/ manager even mentioned the food items, and wished the restaurant was open. We checked out early and ate at a near by Sunset Beach & family restaurant. We were so greatful for this information. The breakfast was awesome, delicious with great service. Reverting back to Motel, this location is beautiful, with a small beach. Picnic tables and chairs to enjoy the spectacular view of Lake Huron and the little islands. We were there to enjoy Fall, and were blessed with nature's full glory. Service -5 Comfort -5 Stay -5 Cleanliness- 5 Happiness -10 "

"The rooms have obviously been renovated and are very well maintained. Towels were clean and fresh. The room was neat and well appointed with new lighting. Good mattresses and multiple pillows. The exterior appearance of the motel leaves something to be desired, but the room we had was a gem. "

"Ultra clean room, fabulous upgrades of entire room and bathroom, cozy comforter to snuggle under and slept every night straight through. Great AC and heating system Away from traffic and so quiet. Away from homeless encapments and we two senior ladies felt SO SAFE. Well marked and well lighted parking lot with assigned parking space. Such a fabulous find and great value for the money. Will stay here again if in town. Highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. "

"Loved our stay! We chose this place on our road trip to Georgian bay Ontario on our move from BC and I’m so happy we did! Such a classic rustic style cottage that transports you back to before cottages became modern day houses. The cottage had so many classic cute little touches, a lovely new style picnic table, fire pit and a bbq! Super cute little beach with a dock to swim too and you get to see so many stars at night here such a magical spot! We cannot wait to be back "

"Kitchen door was connected to another room with no way to lock either side, you could just walk into the other room by opening the door. The bathroom door couldn’t be locked either. Both the doors would rub on the ground and against the frame making it incredibly hard to open them. The shared kitchen with no locks was borderline breach of privacy."
