"Entering CQ we were greeted by very friendly and professional staff. Annalisa checked us in quickly and answered our questions. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. We received our checkout via email which made it quick and easy. Upon leaving, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. "

"Location was one of the only pluses being walking to the Garden. It was extremely expensive, no parking so had to pay additional for that, no ventilation in bathroom, minimal amenities in room (2 towels, no facecloth, etc) and you could hear everything all night in hall so no sound proof really, pillows were very uncomfortable, in rooms could hear talking so assuming they could hear us too, view out window was a pipe on the roof. Staff was very attentive and actual hotel was cool decor but rooms and amenities were poor. "

"The location of the hotel was fantastic. There are great spots to eat which the front staff will provide a list. Theres a casino close by and all sorts of attractions within walking distance. The room was a little dark. The bed was comfy! We slept well both nights. The shower was nice and hot. Needs a microwave in the room to make it the best!"

"Bed and pillows had stains all over it. Took forever to get replacement to sleep. Everything was very overpriced for low quality. Carpet needs a good clean and vacuum. "
