"We were very disappointed with our stay. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the advertised view of Monument Valley, but our room did not have the view shown in the listing. Additionally, we were unable to use the pool because it was closed during our stay. For $377 for a single night, we expected a much better experience. The room and overall stay simply did not provide the value we were promised or the value we paid for. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially because the beautiful Monument Valley view was a key factor in choosing this property. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again."
