「The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty.」

「This was like a run down property. People walking down the halls selling “everything”. Prices were different for everyone that was staying there. I booked a smoking room and was given non smoking, but the people right beside me were smoking. As well as you could smell cigarettes smoke throughout the hallways. Room was not clean at all…. I believe I would never stay here again」

「The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue was that the room key card did not work and I had to go down to get it reset. Even after that it was hard to re-enter the room as the card did not consistently work.」

「BED BUGS! I took a live bug to them in a cup and we got bit. My wife got it way worse. We shortened our stay to get away from there. The hotel nor the company that handles there issues (Sedgwick) has done nothing. They won’t even acknowledged it was a bed bug. So I take them a live bug, send them pictures of the other bugs found in the room, send pics of the bite marks on our body, and all they did was send a letter saying they don’t accept responsibility. Supposedly they called pest...

「The staff were excellent. The room was clean but showing signs of age. Also instead of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower there were three shampoos. The hot tub didn’t work. The small pool was crowded with kids which isn’t really a complaint but more so an observation. The gym is small but got the job done however one of the treadmills didn’t work at all. When I paid in the app it said it included their breakfast but when I checked in they said it did not. 」

「I was not told it was under renovation. Carpets taken up, holes cut in the ceiling in a hallway bathroom. Liquid leaking from a refrigerator in the hallway, construction dust around vending machines, food droppings in the hallway not cleaned up. Previous tenants clump of hair on the floor in room. Also had requested a location with a pool. They had taken pool out. The condition of this hotel was not worth the price at all. It is now making me rethink my choices of hotel chains.」

「Stayed here to walk to the Master P concert at the coliseum. The perfect place for a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were clean! Who’s coming to the coliseum next? I’ll be back! 」

「The room was clean, although the property itself, is in a sketchy area & done of the people staying their were a bit sketchy, too. This was my second time staying there & both times there were police at the location responding to a disturbance. Thankfully, this didn't occur at night. Both occasions seemed to be during the middle of the day.」

「1. The switch between faucet and shower head is broken. The faucet in the shower tube is leakage. 2. The water from shower head is very small. 3. Great lobby and servants.」
