「Easy check in. We had contacted in advance about early check in options as our plane landed at 8.30am but this could not be guaranteed until the day unless we bought in advance the day before. We decided not too and the host contacted us in the morning to say we could head straight from the airport - this was so helpful. On arrival, check in was easy and smooth. We didn’t receive any sort of handover info in terms of ‘this is how you work heating, this is how you do TV’s etc’ but we managed to...

「Very primitive hotel without the air conditioning though the web site of Hotels.com said "air conditioning". There was the frog in the bathroom. However the people there were good and friendly. It will be Ok if you want to experience the primitive life of the local South African. Otherwise you'll be disappointed. You experience the hundred years ago primitive life. Don't expect the modern life comfort. The African local dance show is great.」

「When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 」
