不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
I arrived after midnight and found staff in pajamas sleeping. They had no clue about my reservation even though it was booked 2 weeks ahead of time. I had to find my booking confirmation and show credit card statement of payment. Then i was walked through a dark alley to what could be otherwise considered the "boys quaters". My taxi driver was so scared of leaving me all alone and stayed until i got into my room. It was an ok room, sofa , tv, bed,bathrom, kitchen. I could smell the dust even though it looked clean. Shower did not work. Wifi was a struggle, very unreliable... connected with no internet. Spent 5 nights, 3 of which i could not connect the tv to wifi to watch. The staff did not even know the password to the wifi. Also, every night i had to go through that dark alley to my room. It was really unsafe. At night you hear noises from next door rooms. My last night was the straw that broke the carmel's back. They booked a full blown party at the guest house next to mine.The staff did not even bother to give me a heads-up, so i could go somewhere else nor did they even care to come and apologize. The noise was all over the compound... loud music, loud talking and much drinking and dancing. I did not close my eyes. Also there was no wifi , so i couldn't connect with anybody. Worse of all. I had to check out at 10 am. No mercy. The excuse the staff gave is they were just told about the party by management. Please if you have standards, don't come here
