We enjoyed the property and facilities but had to check out after 2 days because the water was shut off by the municipality. This was no fault of the property management and they actually prepared for the situation by filling the bath tub with water. This however did not work for us because it was inconvenient to shower , wash and flush the toilet among other things with the same standing water. Staff were helpful, friendly and very accommodating.

Goed verblijf voor Johannesburg

Het was een prettig verblijf, goed bewaakt gebouw, aardige mensen en super dat er een wasmachine en droger waren. Een likje verf hier en daar en een noodlanding bij stroom uitval zou wonderen doen. Verder goede accommodatie.

The pool was very dirty even asking for it to be cleaned it was still dirty. This was the main reason for booking this apartment. It was a quick break. Very disappointed.

Misleading pictures and advertising of Apartment

The pictures of the rooms as advertised, are not the same as what we got. There is no aircon in the rooms as per the pictures. There were only one aircon in the lounge and it did not cool off the other rooms. The carpets were dirty and had stains. The chairs were dirty with stains. The tiles were broken. The only dustbin provided was broken and we struggled to open and close it. There was no blind in front of the outside door which was only glass. Not a very nice stay :-(

It was a pleasure to stay at Prestige apartments with my family. I promise to stay back there next time however, this would have been more pleasant if you organize airport transfer transport as in my travel experience, guest who arrive at late hours are more safe to commute to the accommodation place with a car provided by the organization. We like it’s convenience in terms of location. The security is awesome- Room service is ok but can be better- The swimming pool needs to be cleaned regularly and in control. My thumb to open and close doors in drive through did NOT work for many days of our stay and it was frustrated - Could be improved and NOT to happen again. Thank you

Excelente custo benefício, bem localizado, bom estado, muitas facilidades acima da minha expectativa, atendimento cortês que autorizou check-in antecipado sem nenhum questionamento, porém para o wifi que caiu a noite, não tive a oportunidade de pedir o reparo, pois fiquei só uma noite. Altamente recomendado.

It was a really bad experience to arrive at night with no possibility of a front desk to question about the ar condicioning that was not working and the total absence of towels for baths.
