You took my money and hadn’t booked. I’ve been trying to get my refund as they made me pay at the property when you had already taken my money and told me I had a booking. I got there and there was no booking and no money in my account. I do not trust this site anymore and will be sharing this with all my peers and network.

I am currently hoping I did not get charged for this place. I booked drove up there was no sign. I checked the booking. I booked after 6:00 pm. last arrival is 6:00 pm. website said no cancelation. I couldn't get in. Had to book somewhere else.
