Ao chegar foi oferecido um servico de valet do segundo dia dia vi que o carro na verdade estava na rua e nao no estacionamento do hotel,ao chegar ao quarto ar condicionado fazendo um barulho terreivel parecia que estava em um aeroporto, ao ligar na recepção foi informado que o pessoal ia avaliar ,ao chegar depois de um dia de praia nao foi informado nada ao chegar no quarto liguei na recepção novamente e informaram que o pessoal foi e o problema estava no lado externo do ar entao teram 2 opção um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro ou um com uma cama e um sofa,sem condição. Travesseiro horrível, Na piscina nao tem bar e ninguem do hotel para pelo menos fazer o pedido

Atendimento ruim

O edifício é bom porém a gestora dos apartamentos tem um atendimento horrível, falo da like home, fala de última hora, não atende nem responde, os quartos não disponibilizam lençóis, o sofá é muito pequeno. Mas no geral, tirando isso é razoável.
