Being close to the beach is a big plus. Also the breakfast was good and the staff always attentive. My only complaint would be that the Air Conditioning was limited to the bedroom and the fun provided had a short cable which would not allow it to be placed near the bedroom door to allow cooling the main room, a short extention would have been enough to help. Also, I am not sure the setting of the AC temperature was actually working as setting it to 21C or 27C made absolutely no difference. The air coming out of the unit was in my opinion freezing, maybe even around 10-15C.

The Littoral Gold Flat is a good place to stay with some disappointments the weekend I stayed recently. 1. The dining room was very warm as one of the 3 air conditioners did not work and the other two were turned on the minute they started serving breakfast. Large rooms need at least a hour to cool off. I felt very hot at breakfast. 2. My suite only had air conditioning in the bedroom. The living area had to be cooled by way of keeping the bedroom door open. I had coworkers over to hang out but we had to stop the meeting because it was too hot in my living area that has no air conditioning. Spend the money so that if I pay for a suite I can host visitors without embarrassing moments like I experienced. 3. There are many homeless people nearby. 2 times I was approached getting into my car by people begging who could have just as easily tried to rob me. I was parked outside the Flat’s parking garage on the street. I felt unsafe outside of the hotel. Inside was safe and secure. 4. They kept the gaming / recreation areas locked all dat long. I thought May keycard could be used to enter but I had to get a staff member. 5. Overall the place had some nicer features, especially the showers. They had a good hot shower. Good space as well in the bedroom and living rooms.

Quarto sujo, garagem de pessima qualidade no subsolo, pior café da manhã de toda a minha vida ema recepção na hora do check-in, estava alguém que julgo ser um zelador ou segurança. A piscina estava muito suja. A única coisa boa és localização razoável.

Hotel com ótima localização! De toda nossa estadia apenas o café temos que elogiar, otima opções, porém o servico era tercerizado! Ja referente aos servicos prestados pelo Littoral gold flat foi ruim e mal realizados! Funcionarios despreparados para lidar com o publico, grosseiros e com falta de vontade para trabalhar! Limpeza péssima e quando tinha (forte odor de urina no banheiro) ficamos 8 dias e nenhum dos dias colocaram um desinfetante no banheiro e nem trocavam o tapete do banheiro. Sem programação para limpeza, faltou toalhas em um dos dias. Todos servicos informados nao funcionavam e com defeitos, exemplo sauna! Enfim custo beneficio péssimo

No geral, gostei muito do hotel, pois o a localização era muito boa, quarto grande, limpo, bom atendimento, bom café da manhã, estacionamento interno. A única coisa que me chateou foi o fato de ter esperado 50 minutos pra receber o quarto após o check in

Já havia me hospedado no local com anfitriões particulares. Esta foi a primeira vez que fiquei pelos serviços do flat propriamente dito, e acabou sendo a mais decepcionante. Desde o check-in sofrível com uma funcionária mal preparada, passando pelo café da manhã ruim e sem variedade, vazamento no banheiro, e toalhas de banho, disponibilizadas pelo flat, que eram ásperas e estavam se desfazendo de tão velhas. Enfim… frustrante.

Staff really friendly and professional. The variety of food for breakfast is excellent and everything is delicious and well made. Always clean and fresh. The pool was in maintenance and we could not use but it is understandable. The gym equipments are old and poor in options but I reckon not many guests are using it as it was always empty. In a overall the stay was beyond expectations.

Bom mas pode melhorar!

Ao chegarmos ao hotel, tivemos uma experiência bastante desagradável com o apartamento que reservamos. Optamos por um flat com sala, quarto e cozinha, mas, ao chegarmos, a TV da sala não funcionava. Comunicamos imediatamente à recepção, que acionou a equipe de manutenção. Para nossa surpresa, os técnicos informaram que o problema já era conhecido e que haviam reportado anteriormente à recepção. Logo depois, a recepção nos contatou dizendo que não havia outro apartamento disponível na mesma categoria, oferecendo-nos um de categoria inferior — proposta que, naturalmente, recusamos. Solicitamos, então, falar com a gerência, que só conseguiu resolver a situação no dia seguinte. Infelizmente, esse transtorno nos fez perder a primeira tarde da nossa estadia em João Pessoa. Outro ponto frustrante foi descobrir que, apesar de o hotel oferecer apartamentos do tipo flat, não são disponibilizados utensílios de cozinha, o que nos pegou de surpresa e também gerou bastante incômodo.

QUARTO FEDIDO

O quarto fedia a cigarro, o ar soltava odor de mofo, reclamei na recepção pediram pra falar no dia seguinte quando fosse fazer checkout, a tv não funcionava, não havia copo nem talher, a cama com colchão bem sujo e dava pra sentir as molas, não dava pra dormir, dormimos todos na cama de casal. De manhã já fiz o checkout pois não dava pra permanecer do quarto, sem contar um cachorro latindo a noite inteira no quarto da frente. O porteiro foi super mal educado quando liguei para questionar sobre pois eu estava com meu filho de 4 anos, tivemos que dormir lá mesmo. No dia seguinte te enviei mensagem para o hotel e vídeos onde nunca responderam. Insisti mandando mensagem, eles nem abrem.

Localização muito boa, no entanto tivemos fila para o café da manhã todos os dias. O Colchão extra macio causou dores nas costas. A limpeza deixou a desejar e o fato de ter somente um ar condicionado para o quarto deixou meus filhos que estava na sala (sofa cama) sem climatização.
