Excellent hotel

It was great. Staff was super friendly. We got 2 cribs in our room for our babies and bed was extremely big and comfortable. I highly recommend this property

Somente o banheiro que fiz a desejar na ter porta box completo. Sempre molha do lado de fora e temos que fixar usando toalhas pra limpar o chão .tivemos que aplicar novo quarto. Por causa esse problema devem repensar esse problema

Boa opção em Joao Pessoa, mas pode melhorar

Hotel excelente, muito confortável. Café da manhã muito bom, cama excelente, equipe muito educada também. Alguns pontos de melhoria seria melhorar iluminação do quarto pois a noite fica muito escuro ate para se vestir. O hotel não estava lotado e mesmo assim não liberaram o check-in às 12h, somente às 14h, sendo que no dia seguinte saí antes das 9h e nem íamos ficar no hotel durante o dia. Recebemos um upgrade com vista pra praia, só que era na verdade com vista para uma arvore e um estacionamento, pois era no primeiro andar. Parece que tem um spa no hotel, mas não nos foi oferecido nada. Enfim, tem tudo para ser perfeito, mas pode melhorar oferecendo melhores experiências, inclusive acho que tem outros hoteis na mesma faixa de preço de frente para o mar e com serviço de praia.

Durante o check-out fui cobrado por um vaso que foi quebrado por uma criança que acharam que era meu filho, mas eu não tenho filhos, nem havia nenhuma criança comigo. Não paguei, óbvio.

Super bem localizado: praia, restaurantes, lavanderia, sorveteria, food truck parking(Villa Gourmet), academia 24h na frente… Culinária do Café-da-manhã: EXCELENTE! Forte abraço de gratidão aos doces perfeitos de Dona Fernanda, especialmente o Brownie! Hotel com uma pegada moderna requintada! Limpeza impecável: parabéns às camareiras! Bom, mas precisa de adequações.

O quarto é novo, bonito, cama confortável. As toalhas são bem ruins, e o banheiro nao tem local para pendurar as toalhas ou roupa de banho. Parece ter algum problema na rede de canos, pois fomos acordados todos os dias da estadia com barulho forte, como se fosse bolhas de água, barulho alto e estranho quando o.hospede do.quarto de cima usa o banheiro. Vi outros hospedes relatando o mesmo problema. Faltam ajustes no hotel pelo preço cobrado da diária.
