Modern hotel, well trained and helpful staff and excellent restaurant. Special mention to waiters Guillermo and Marcela. Only small criticism is the open plan storage area for clothes with no draws.

O hotel é incrível. Muito bonito, novo... A equipe é muito educada e atenciosa, o que faz muita diferença na estadia... O atendimento da equipe foi irrepreensível e merece reconhecimento. Contudo, a gestão do hotel apresenta deficiências sérias que comprometem toda a experiência de hospedagem. Uma estadia que poderia ser excelente acaba marcada pela decepção causada pela má administração.

Bom hotel, o atendimento precisa de um treinamento

O quarto é confortável, o banheiro tb, chuveiro mto bom, a cama e os lençóis tb. A limpeza é boa tb. O café de manhã é mto bom, tdo gostoso, tem um cardápio para fazer na hora: tapiocas, omeletes,panquecas.. etc, a mesa posta é pequena mas tudo de qualidade. A piscina é pequena mas tem cadeiras na praia, um diferencial em João Pessoa. O restaurante do hotel a comida é boa e com valor justo. O único detalhe a melhorar é o atendimento, recepção, garçons tanto do café qnt do almoço, precisam de treinamento, precisam ser mais atenciosos, mais solícitos, com mais sorriso no rosto. Disponibilizam um whatsapp intitulado: bem estar, mas não dão atencao, as perguntas que fiz não foram atendidas. Fui dar um feedback a supervisora sobre o atendimento, uma senhora de cabelos brancos, que me olhou de cima abaixo, ficou com cara de desdenhe dos meus apontamentos, uma pena pq estragou a minha experiência, no final uma pessoa chamada Vinicius melhorou um pouco, mas já estava tão chateada com o atendimento dessa senhora que sai chateada do hotel.
