A relação custo-benefício é excelente. O apartamento é bem localizado, há uns 5 minutos da Orla, caminhando (ou menos), com supermercados, farmácias, bares e restaurantes próximos. Ficamos, confortavelmente, em 3 pessoas no quarto. Tem uma cozinha com fogão elétrico, geladeira, cafeteira e sanduicheira, que torna possível fazer o próprio café da manhã. Tem ar condicionado e chuveiro elétrico. Só não foi perfeito porque tinha só 1 espelho no banheiro, o que torna a logística de todos se arrumarem ao mesmo tempo difícil. Sugiro colocar mais 1 perto das camas. E o fogão elétrico estava com uma boca quebrada, deixando só 1 funcionando. Mas isso não impactou muito na experiência, que no geral foi ótima.

O apartamento é espaçoso e acokoda bem uma família de 4 pessoas , a limpeza ficou a desejar , o encoval também não estava bom digo os lençois de cama , não tinha cobertas , o ralo do banheiro estava entopido e o banho quente não estava funcionando mas esse 2 iten foram resolvidos no dia seguinte.

Fiquei 7 dias no Goldflat e a experiência foi excelente! O flat é muito bem organizado, com cama confortável e cozinha totalmente equipada — perfeito para quem quer preparar suas próprias refeições. O atendimento também merece destaque: o pessoal da recepção e as moças da limpeza são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Um dos pontos que mais gostei foi a lavanderia disponível no local, que pode ser usada sem custo adicional — um diferencial super útil! Resumindo: tudo impecável. Nota 10!

Muito agradavel a estadia, tudo muito limpo e arrumado a unica coisa q ue nao gostei foi o fato de nao ter duas cama de solteiro como informado, na reserva informava uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro e so havia uma cama de cassl, um sofa cama e colchao de solteiro, mas o resto foi tudo impecável.

Proximidade com a orla é o mais positivo. Uma melhora na limpeza seria mais adequado (banheiro principalmente), mas foi algo que não afetou a estadia. Para quem tem um certo toque isso vai ser bem negativo. Por fim, o saldo da hospedagem foi positivo.

Flat muito sucateado diferente das fotografias postadas. Não trocam as toalhas de banho nem roupas de cama, ficamos 5 diárias com as mesmas. Não houve limpeza nenhuma. Móveis velhos e sujos. Cozinha sucateada. Prédio com 155 unidades, congestionamento de elevador, piscina impossível usar vez a enorme quantidade de pessoas.valor muito elevado para o que foi oferecido.
