Excelente localização

A localização é excelente. O quarto com terraço é térreo. Precisa de algumas adequações, como trocar as cortinas que estão gastas. Deveria ter fotos no Hotéis.com do apartamento e não fotos de vários apartamentos e de diferentes andares o que fica confuso, pois vc acha que é do que está alugando. Precisa destacar também que é tipo flat, que não tem serviço de arrumação. O apartamento tem todos os utensílios para cozinhar, o ar condicionado excelente.

Apto muito bem localizado. Uma boa divisão com 2 suites, sala, cozinha e uma area descoberta. Infelizmente, havia muitas BARATAS na cozinha. A roupa de cama poderia ser melhor.

Sempre que venho em Jampa fico nesse local, pois a localização é excelente, tem um bom estacionamento e fica bem em frente a praia.

Excepcional.

Estivemos no flat entre 07/09 e 11/09. Levei minha família para passear e ficamos maravilhados. O estacionamento dentro da garagem, sem cobranca de taxa extra alguma, super limpo, organizado e bem equipado com utensílio de cozinha, alem de tv por assinatura, a recepção com funcionários prestativos a entendimentos 24hrs. Alem do sr. Alexandre ser muito responsável e responder todas as duvidas pelo WhatsApp, ainda mandou uma equipe para programar o ar da sala que estava desprogramado. Enfim, não tenho palavras para agradecer todo cuidado e responsabilidade.

Ótima localização

O apartamento do 3 andar é muito bom, com vista lateral para o mar, muito bem equipado de louças, só as roupas de cama que estavam ruins, até rasgadas. Mas a localização é perfeita. A área de lazer na cobertura com piscina também é muito aconchegante.

Excelente!!!

O apartamento é excelente, super bem localizado, muito seguro, com uma ótima piscina, com tudo o que vc precisa dentro de casa, ar condicionado, microondas, geladeira, fogão, ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, panelas, pratos e talheres, roupa de cama e toalhas, tem até um cooler pra vc levar pra praia, bem perto das feirinhas, restaurantes e de frente para a praia de Tambaú. Também é bem pertinho das vans que fazem diversos passeios. Vale muito a pena!!

As fotos remetem a uma ideia de frente para o mar, quando existe uma vista lateral. Detalhes básicos, como sabonete para lavagem das mãos (ainda mais nessa época de pandemia) estava faltando. Papel higiênico para cinco pessoas foi insuficiente para três dias. Mas o apto oferece uma boa variedade de itens na cozinha, varal para secagem de roupas. Seria interessante disponibilizar toalhas extras para a piscina.

No check in foi cobrado R$ 100,00 de taxa de limpeza. Quando chegamos no apto o quintal externo estava repleto de folhas de árvore. O apto tem uma área com madeira com muitos insetos, mosquitos. A mesa estava quebrada. O forno não funciona. As duas máquinas de lavar na lavanderia estavam quebradas. O Wi fi PÉSSIMO NÃO FUNCIONA. PONTOS POSITIVOS: LOCALIZAÇÃO, CAMAS DE CASAL E SOLTEIROS, TELEVIORES, 2 BANHEIROS E AR CONDICIONADO. RECOMENDAÇÃO: DEDETIZAÇÃO DO APTO, OFERECER INTERNET DE ALTA QUALIDADE , INCLUIR TAXA DE LIMPEZA NA ESTÁDIA E EM NENHUMA HIPÓTESE DEIXAR HÓSPEDES SEM USO DA LAVANDERIA.

O Apto é bem localizado, mas a higiene deixa a desejar , janelas todas empoeiradas e vidros sujos o piso tinha pó o que me causou faringite ! Lençois pequenos , velhos e rasgados , o Apto precisa de mais zelo e cuidados p os hóspedes.

Não recomendo para Hospedagem de Família

Fomos surpreendidos com uma cobrança de taxa de limpeza no momento da hospedagem no valor de R$ 100,00, que não estava em destaque no anúncio, a geladeira não estava gelando, o apartamento tinha cheiro de mofo, no anúncio dizia que existia dois sofás cama, onde na verdade só tinha um e dois colchões de solteiro de péssima qualidade, os pontos positivos são que o imóvel fica muito bem localizado, perto de bares e restaurantes e dos principais pontos de apoio, no geral nossa estadia não foi satisfatória, não recomendo este imóvel para estadia em família.
