「This is my fourth time staying at an apartment hotel. The environment is convenient and comfortable. The receptionists Nelson and Everton are very polite and try their best to answer questions and help. The cleaning staff are polite and can teach us a few words of Portuguese. The location is 15 minutes from the beach, 13 minutes from the Western Premier League and a small shopping mall. Minutes, it is a hotel worth staying in again and again. 「The lady at the front desk was rude and not a welcoming to me or my daughters. Charge me extra for the kids. Also parking was full they only have like 8 spaces.」

「Great location, well maintained property with very helpful staff. Perfect spot if you decide to visit Algarve. It’s right by the city of Alvor and close to Lagos and Pontemiade. Beach is lovely, right by the rock formations.」

「There was a severe ant issue in my room. I filed three complaints and was told they would be addressed, but they were not. The ants invaded our suitcases and personal handbags. Good thing I had Lysol, so I used it to clean out my suitcase and personal handbag before departure.」

「Villa was moldy but tolerable for the weekend. Sheets had stains. Housekeeping didn't do much. Breakfast left much to be desired. Check-in was empty when we arrived and no staff was able to tell us where to go to check in or when the desk would be staffed. They don't answer the phone. I requested late check out which was accepted and I put do not disturb on the door. Housekeeping still barged in and woke us up and was annoyed we hadn't left. Overall it could've been worse.」
