One thing that I really enjoyed about the hotel is that the park is right outside your door. One other item that I also enjoyed was the Sauna. Staff was great

CAP1 Boardinghouse
The room was spotless and felt homely. Everything you need was there in kitchen and bathroom. The only thing to consider is providing a dustpan and brush for the guest to remove crumbs. .
