A pesar de contar con Desayuno incluido no se otorgo, lo mencione en la recepcion y se informo que ellos no sabian nada del desayuno, creo que deben tener cuidado con lo que ofrecen y con lo que en realidad hay, ya que podria caer en una publicidad engañosa por lo demas es excelente atencion y las instalaciones muy cuidadas

Me encanta todo está muy bien se nota realmente un cambio en todos los sentidos quizá se podría mejorar un poco en la limpieza un poco sucia el agua de la alberca y falta de mantenimiento algunos azulejos de están desprendiendo y una persona se cortó.

La propiedad es bellísima , súper tranquila, llena de jardines hermosos y ambiente relajante . El personal del check in se encargó de cumplir con mis expectativas y fue amable . La limpieza es bastante buena y nos sorprendío esta última vez lo deliciosos que estaban los alimentos . El único punto a mejorar que les daría, es el estado de las habitaciones que dan a la alberca , nos tocó una bastante deteriorada y con mal olor . El personal se encargó de cambiarnos y resolver el problema .

Quiero comenzar con lo bueno, el equipo del hotel son quienes hacen realmente la diferencia y es por ellos que a pesar de todo no me voy decepcionada. Salomón es una persona increíblemente calida, amable e interesada en darle la bienvenida a los huéspedes y Mariela; realmente se tomó el tiempo de escuchar nuestra experiencia y fueron más allá de la hospitalidad para hacernos sentir apreciados y disfrutar de un buen cumpleaños. Ahora sí, lo malo. Elegimos Sumiya por su propuesta japonesa y como un retiro de fin de semana del bullicio de la ciudad y para experimentar un pedacito de Japón en México pero no fue lo que esperábamos. La comida en el Sumiya (que por cierto es el único restaurante disponible pues Distral solo lo tenían abierto para un evento y el otro son snacks en la alberca), fue sumamente decepcionante, la comida no era ni japonesa ni fusión; pésimo sabor y aun peor ejecución. El ramen desabrido con fideos rápidos y el huevo super pasado, el teriyaki super salado, el sushi de jaiba muy simple y el tempura de verduras grasoso, crudo y todo batido. La experiencia del sandwich club a la habitación fue nuevamente una terrible experiencia y el día siguiente el desayuno buffet nuevamente con comida terrible y una atención nefasta. Tuvimos que salir para todas las comidas quitando el propósito de disfrutar únicamente del hotel. El spa realmente se lleva la corona, muy buenas instalaciones y los masajes estuvieron increíbles. Valen totalmente la pena que los visiten.
