"The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The food was very good and the location was great. On my first morning at breakfast, the dining room manager said I looked a little tired and I told him that my room was very warm and I did not sleep well. He brought me a coffee and reported my information to the front desk. The thermostat could not be changed in the room and temperature could not be adjusted so the room was quite warm.
