I’m El Norte Americano and don’t speak Spanish. We didn’t want to continue our journey at night, so we found this place at last minute. The hotel and parking is VERY secure, but the neighborhood around the hotel was questionable, but the town as a whole was questionable. That being said, I would stay here 100 times over. Room service was delicious and affordable, the room was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Beds were comfy, it was quiet, and there were lots of amenities.

Noisy is my only complaint. We could hear people in the parking lot very clearly through the night. Facility was clean and well kept. On-site restaurant was good and service was wonderful.

Pleasant stay after an 18 hour drive!

Pleasant stay, food at the restaurant was good and employees were attentive and helpful. Receptionist the nicest of all. Gated parking made us feel safe through the night. Beds were double (full-size) beds. Will stay again

New renovations? The room was exceptionally large and very clean, modern. You can hear trains that may wake you. The air conditioning didn’t work, they tried to fix, but ended up bringing a fan. No ice on site, and 1 plastic cup in the room. Dining room was great for breakfast.

This property is very nice. However, we could not get connected to the wifi and there was not a drop of hot water. So this we did not get to shower. The water was ice cold. A guy supposedly came and fixed it but when we got up to shower there was not any. There is no coffee in the rooms and no coffee maker. No washcloths and only 2 towels. This was not a pleasant experience for us. We did like the secure parking and the heater worked great. The blankets on the top of the bed looked stained. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Which is really to bad considering how nice the property itself is
