"Our stay here is always awesome we love coming here, my only “complaint” and I don’t even want to call it a complaint, is that I feel like for the price of the stay, breakfast should be included. Even though it is restaurant style, many hotels now offer complimentary eggs sausage bacon and stuff. So I say the breakfast should be complimentary because I paid $50 for me and two teens to eat. But food was good and service was great. Stay was great as always."

"We were there for our granddaughter's wedding, she recommended that we stay at the Pinemark. We had a wonderful experience... the rooms are very clean; the breakfast was wonderful and the pool was very nice! My only criticism would be we did not get our wakeup call either morning. That was ok, I have an alarm clock in my head ... so to speak. Other that the wakeup call our stay was wonderful... and I really want to thank you for the wood floor. I hate carpeting in public places !! God bless, T&G"

"Room was clean, bedding was clean, there were no signs of pests which is extremely important for us, the staff was polite, and helpful. The only complaint we have is we were put in a room next to the rear entry which when other guests were arriving and leaving the entry door was slamming all hours of the evening/ night. Next time we stay at the hotel in St. Claire, MO we will ask for a room away from the rear entry door. Simple fix. It was a nice room for the price. All bath towels and wash cloths were clean and available..bed smelled clean. The complimentary coffee was descent. Everything was there as was needed to be comfortable in a hotel."

"We had a very nice one night stay. Room is somewhat small but very clean and comfortable. Self check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. Close to nice restaurants on Front Street, and easy drive to nearby wineries. Wish we had a chance to check out property’s restaurant as menu looked good, but hopefully next time."

"The hotel was very clean. It always smelled good. The staff were so helpful and kind anytime we needed anything. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. Laundry facility is easy to use. The breakfast is amazing. Food was always hot and ready in the morning! Wonderful stay!"
