"Staff at the front desk (張嚴 and 王璐) was very helpful in answering questions and booking tickets for number of museums. Attendants at at the front door were eager to assist with giving directions. Overall, service is excellent. Room and everything were tidy and clean. I will rebook this hotel next time I am in town."

"金雞湖畔的洲際飯店，地點近商圈，購物，餐飲都很方便。 唯飯店管理並不嚴謹，飯店整體呈現老舊，房間的乾淨、舒適度也達不到五星級的標準。 今年蘇州的氣候冷的快，飯店開始供暖，房間的冷氣空調不見了，待在房間奧熱難耐，真的很不舒服。跟飯店反應，送來一台風扇，無助改善房間的悶熱。"
