「Très beau séjour dans cet hôtel magnifique à deux pas du mur des lamentations. Le personnel de la réception est accueillant mais celui de la piscine est à revoir. 」

「This is a perfect location right next to the city wall. Great architecture and very polite staff. The view and food in the Wine and Cheese Restaurant on the top floor was excellent. But I am not a big fan for wine and cheese but mainly refer to the dinner. Wifi is not reliable in room. Some electric socket was switched off in the main switch. Towels are old. But for the location I still give it a 5.」

「事實上我並無入住此酒店,當我到達時已差不多晚上11點了.,才知道酒店維修中,根本不能入住,我最終不知責任是歸hotels.com的問題,還是歸jerusalem inn的問題.問題在那我不深究,因為還在停留jeruslam inn的職員,知道事情後,已經立即安排我去入住了另一間酒店eyal hotel,和安排酒店付款的的士接送我過去,我最終是去了在400米左右hapi eyal hotel.事實上我非常滿意呢個安排,但最好還是有人可以先行通知我,從任何渠道.那樣我就可以直接去到eyal hotel不用浪費了時間,結果eyal hotel一樣俾到非常高質素的服務我,客房舒適,早餐好食,好多設備都非常新淨,服務員亦禮貌,剛好遇著猶太新年,我並無任何準備,不知道全城關門,但酒店亦即時安排了晚餐俾我,雖然收費好貴達180以色列貨幣,但依然是值得的.但我無法理解是為何浴室無沐浴露??是傳統的關係嗎?總體評分還是十分滿意」
