「Great location, nice service, good value」

「This is a lovely hidden gem in Toledo. Make sure you know exactly where the front gates are as signage isn't great, otherwise very peaceful」

「Very nice hotel and location 」

「The room is cozy and wifi is excellent 」

「In general, good. Is a small european style boutique hotel, though cannot compare with those chain 5starts hotel (not that standard), but in general I would recommend as good location, staff at reception is helpful, breakfast is good. 」

「Our experience at this hotel was far below what we had booked and reasonably expected. We arrived in Toledo after having made our reservation well in advance, as part of a special celebration trip. Upon arrival, we spent more than 30 minutes outside trying to gain access because we had not received the necessary entry code and there was no one at reception. 「The room cleanliness was Okay, but the iron table was super dusty that I decided not to iron. The kitchen doesn’t have kettle and the utensils were incomplete and very limited. This is more like an average airbnb not a hotel. There is no front desk and there was no communication before the day of check in (typically many places that they don’t have front desk msg you ahead of time with instructions, for this case even when I contacted them they told me I have to wait for the day of check in).」

「It was awesome stay in HOTEL REAL DE TOLEDO, great location. Very clean.」
