The owner was very helpful and accommodated my late arrival! Good and clean room and shower. The breakfast was excellent and the room bright and airy. Friendly staff. Also great to be able to have a drink with a selection of choices from a fridge. Convenient location close to railway station and town.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the property is in a quiet neighborhood...easy walk to downtown Jever! The hotel is clean and comfy with lots of parking and a delicious breakfast.

Hotel und Zimmer wsren perfekt. Leider war bei Frühstück der Wasserbehälter von der Kaffeemaschine leer und nach dem Auffüllen war es bei der Maschine wohl nicht möglich ihr zu sagen, dass Wasser wieder da war. 2 Mitarbeiter ratlos, aber bemüht, aber leider war die Alternative des Filterkaffees nichts für mich. Hier wöre eine Schulung an der Kaffeemaschine für alle Mitarbeiter mal angebracht. Aber absonsten bin ich absolut zufrieden und würde definitiv auch wieder kommen. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Sonntag ist die Frühstückszeit etwas knapp bemessen.Da kommen dann alle Gäste auf einmal und man steht schon mal für eine Tasse Kaffee 5 min am Automaten an. Da überlegt man sich ob man noch eine zweite Tasse nimmt. Verdunklungsvorhang im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert. Komme gerne wieder

Sehr schönes Hotel mit zuvorkommendem Personal

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Bis zur Fußgängerzone, zur Jever-Brauerei oder zu den verschiedenen schönen Restaurants in Jever sind es nur wenige Minuten zu laufen. Wir hatten ein Komfort Doppelzimmer mit Gartenblick. Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten, großen Bettdecken, Tisch, 2 Sessel, Schreibtisch, Regale, Garderobe und Kofferablage. Das Bad war mit Dusche. Die Zimmerreinigung fand nur auf Wunsch statt, was aber auch nicht nötig war. Handtücher oder Müll wurden aber getauscht bzw. entfernt. Beim Frühstück war alles dabei: frische Brötchen, warme Croissants, Rührei, verschiedene Aufschnitt- und Käsesorten, Müsli, verschiedene Kaffee-Arten aus einem Automaten, Joghurt, etc.. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden, auch noch hinterm Haus. In der Nähe des Frühstücksraums gab es eine Möglichkleit kalte Getränke (Wein, Bier, alkoholfreie Getränke) zu erwerben. Hervorheben möchten wir einmal die Freundlichkeit des Personals: von der Reinigungskraft, über das Personal beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vielen Dank!!
