「It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great.」

「Room was clean but had a stuffy, moldy stinch. We had to adjust the AC for us to withstand the smell, therefore we were freezing throughout the night. Bed pillows are too small and soft...we woke up with headaches each morning.」

「The beds were OK. The facility is fairly new about a year and a half old, but it is extremely dirty. It was short on washcloths so they suggested using a hand towel which was OK coming in one evening. I turned the corner and there’s a big old dog there that that got away scared me to guess cause I thought I was gonna have to shoot the dog and then that would’ve been a big mess」

「I have stayed at this location plenty of times, this visit when I arrived the check in was fine, but the employee did not greet, communicate, or show appreciation. The room was not clean well, the furniture was dusty, the tv did not work, and there was no body soap in the shower. The elevator would bounce up and down when you stepped in, and there were a few really noisy air conditioner units. The breakfast was good. Based on my experience, next time I will stay at different as I like this...

「When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there.」

「Ive been drug down threw there with Expedia and I'm letting them... Problem after problem after problem and the staff doesn't know how to fix anything. The phone help hotline is terrible and slow and the online chat help center is even worse!!! But I keep TRYING to book with them....」

「Everything nowadays is expensive and they accepted my 2 large restricted breeds for $25 each or an added charge of $50 on top of the standard fee. I don't think the room was worth an added $50 charge, but then again, I don't run the hotel & don't know what other dogs have done. There is an underlying bleach smell, and the ac felt damp. The fridge & tv worked well. I didn't try the WiFi. The room is darkish & felt a bit dreary. Overall, the decor & the building has seen better days. Looks like...
