Starter godt slutter skidt.

Fin modtagelse. Næste dag strøm og vandafbrydelse i 4 timer. Derfor ingen morgenkaffe. Tjeneren gjorde hvad han kunne. Ingenting som resten af personalet. Næste morgen en fuldstændig inkompetent ung dame i morgenmadsrestauranten. Så… startede godt men man kunne ikke følge op. Desværre.

Mancato rispetto delle norme anti COVID

Mancato rispetto delle normative AntiCovid. Al check in domenica una dozzina di stranieri in attesa SENZA MASCHERINA così come l'addetto alla reception anche lui SENZA MASCHERINA. Ho fatto presente la cosa e mi ha risposto "..sono stranieri. Gli stranieri non la portano". Ho telefonato alla Polizia Locale. La mattina dopo a colazione NESSUNO con la mascherina, la zona colazione presidiata solo da una ragazza che doveva contemporaneamente apparecchiare, sparecchiare, lavare le stoviglie, servire le persone (..che cercavano di servirsi da soli al buffet). Ho riavvisato l'addetto alla reception (un altro) che perlomeno si è scusato e su mia indicazione ha appeso alla porta di ingresso del locale colazione l'avviso (precedentemente accantonato in un angolo!) con l'indicazione di portare la mascherina. Ho segnalato che avrei richiamato i vigili e così ho fatto! La mattina dopo a colazione quasi tutti con la mascherina, affisso anche un cartello con l'indicazione NO SELF SERVICE. La sola ragazza però, che saltava da un tavolo all'altro, da non poteva fare tutto da sola e contemporaneamente presidiare anche che la gente rispettasse le regole. La mia impressione è che abbiano paura nel dire ai clienti semplici norme che PER LEGGE E PER CIVILTA' devono rispettare e che "scarichino" l'onere all'addetto di turno che da solo non può occuparsi di tutto.

Pleasant

Basic hotel, but everything worked perfectly and staff was exceptional. Comfortable bed, hot shower and good wifi. Free bike hire and lots of local tips from staff. Breakfast was excellent.

Good location!

We arrived very late , but even after 11pm someone was at reception for us ! Room for 4 was a bit small with double bed and bunk bed on the side , but we didn’t really spend much time in the hotel , only to come back at night to sleep . Breakfast was very nice , variety of snacks and full breakfast, fruits, tea , coffee.. in future will will probably book two rooms for family of 4 ! All good !
