Our apartment was fabulous, very clean, big refrigerator, stove, and oven pots and pans serving utensils plates. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was great. We could have not asked for a better room! Isrentals agents were extremely helpful. We will use them again.

The apartment was great, comfortable beds, beautiful view. They had the extra bed setup for us on arrival as requested. Nice building, great setup for our family of 5. Full kitchen, but there's so many restaurants nearby that we barely used it.

Very bad vacation by Isrentals

We ordered an apartment for 10 of us to be accommodated comfortably together for a very happy weekend celebrating a 50th birthday of one of us but due to an electricity failure caused by some rain all the apartment power went out at 1am. At 10am the maintenance guy came and 30 minutes later informed us we will not be able to stay there because water has entered into the electricity board. We ended up in two separate much smaller apartments with smaller space for all of us to sit in together and enjoy our vacation together. The maintenance of that apartment is very low. The AC did not work properly, in one toilet the water does not go down and finally the electricity issue, as mentioned.
It looks like everything is ok but no power in all the outlets...

A gem in the heart of Jerusalem. Beautiful new condominium, fantastic location, stunning views, FREE PARKING(!), very good communication with the manager. Just bring your own pillows.

The apartment was well equipped with everything one would need including washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge & freezer and more. Haneviim Court is very well situated within walking distance of transport, shops, eateries and religious sites.

Best view of the Old City

Absolutely stunning 4-bedroom 4-balcony penthouse was perfect for the 8 of us friends who stayed over for a long weekend after a tour. Convenient and safe with parking and within a 5 min walk of restaurants and shopping and 10 mins walk from Jaffa Gate. Coffee maker didn’t work, but it should be fixed for anyone checking in.

Great Stay in Spacious Apartment

This apartment met all of anyone's basic needs including those of sabbath observers. A spacious one bedroom apartment with a working kitchen, laundry facilities (in apartment), an enclosed balcony and indoor parking. The buliding is convenient to all the important Jerusalem sights. The only negative(s) is that the apartment needs some minor maintenance.

Very poor maintenance. All toilets seats loose. Shower head splashed all over. Balcony chairs and table all rusted. Ine off the interior chairs wiggly. Apartment dirty. Missing beds as listed. We have to call security every time coming in or out from the garage to open the gate for us. Our parking spot was half of the time taken by someone else. May times we complained about this with Jacob and we never got a solution. This property has the potential to be a 5 stars rate host but has very big issues regarding property management.

Location was excellent, we didn't use our car at all. The apartment was clean but the extra bedding in the closet was stained and not clean at all. The carpet in the leaving room was not cleaned/vacuumed. We had a plumbing issue that sas fixed quickly. We did expect a switch of apartment but they just came to fix it (twice)

Cleanliness and maintenance to be improved

The apartment was delivered to me with the floors, balcony and bathrooms super dirty, the Internet (WIFI) did not work well and I had a water leak in the ceiling that I reported and they never came to check it.

Bad service from Hotels

It was terrible, I book this trip while been in Israel (foreign country for me) I want to clarify this is NOT a hotel, I wanted to check in and nobody picked up to give me any sort of instructions on how to check in so I happened to find myself in a foreign city alone with no room and was left with no option to book another room on my own since Hotels.com couldn't get me anything for that night!

We were supposed to have a great family trip for my parents so this was a very special occasion. We arrived on sabbat and when we get into our room there were people there, later the host could not answer the phone because of the holiday. We were coming from a 15 hours flight in a new country and nobody was helping us. I understand and respect other countries' holidays but if you have a bussiness and you know your customer is coming you need to have a professional 24/7 able to check everything is going well and not leave your customer without any attention. At the end, they refund me the cost of the nights I paid in the last-minute hotel, they apologize and provide compensation however the experience was very bad for us.

All great Convenience to town center Parking Entrance security Cleanliness. Prompt response from office. Lacking Insufficient heat and no instructions regarding the use of the remote. Pre-check in failure to communicate, eg: entrance to parking unknown having to double park to go into office for instructions then having to back up past the Leonardo.to enter the garage. Had to return to the office for the following: Wrong WIFI information pre check-in emailed to me. Television had no instructions for the 2 remotes. Little or no information for pre-paid housekeeping. which I assumed was daily but never happened; then advised I paid for a pre-check-in cleanup..Was I expected to come into a dirty flat? Booked for 1 person yet there were 2 single beds set up in the living room taking up needed space.

Apartamento aconchegante e completo

Excelente apartamento, lugar grande bem completo, totalmente mobiliado, sofá, camas , banheiro, cozinha. Tudo muito bom e completo. Perfeito pra ir em família e ficar dias no coração da cidade de Jerusalém, muito perto da cidade velha. Portaria 24, apesar de alguns momentos do dia o porteiro não estar presente. Tinha máquina de lavar e de secar, 2 banheiro um deles com banheira. Cozinha completa com panelas e utensílios, máquina de lavar louça. Sacada bem grande, a sala é bem grande. Único problema que tivemos foi que pedimos quarto para 8 pessoas e quando chegamos só tinha cama para 6 (contando o sofá cama) entramos em contato com o local e conseguiram 2 camas dobráveis, muito desconfortáveis. Mas depois melhoraram um pouco. O local nos atendeu muito bem e respondeu muito rápido os emails.
