The Stay was good and the staff is very friendly. the only thing is when we arrived we can't manage to find the hotel. even the ppl in that area when we ask for help. but overall it was good.

Nice Hotel

We have had a good stay at STAY KOOK. It is in the middle of the city center, easy access to buses and trams. Old city is easily accessible from this hotel. Friendly staff.

Friendly, helpful people. Bottled water and drink portions replaced daily. Plenty of clean towels daily too. Big room with balcony, fridge, safe and worktop space. Close to the tram stop, corner shop and about 15 minute walk to Old City. Very quiet, no street noise at night. Would recommend.

Great Location and very helpful staff

The location is very central and close to all the exciting locations in Jerusalem. The staff are super helpful and really, really nice. Parking is a hard point, and I would not recommend having a car there. I was expecting to have a kitchen and a desk I could work on. This was my mistake.

Great location and reasonable price. It’s located in the heart of Jerusalem and a great location to walk around and walk to the Old City and the Wall and the shuk . Down the street from the light rail along Yafo Street. You just need to know the entrance is actually around the corner from the address of 7 HaRav Kuk Street via an alleyway. Once we figured it out, we directed four other lost guests trying to find the entrance. And good luck trying to check in after business hours. But I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Jerusalem

They did not do the room. At all. Alll dirty. We are claiming reimbursement for the se one night. We paid over 250 dollars per night for what was supposed to be a 5 stars facility.

Stay Stay Kook

Stay Kook is in a great location for access throughout Jerusalem - near Tram and Ben Yehuda Street. Request ground floor, if accessibility a problem (had to go down steps with luggage). Front door requires a coded entry. Make sure you know the code before leaving home. Evening desk clerks were volunteers and were extremely helpful. Day desk clerk was even better. Entrance around back a little hard to find.

Stay Kook is essentially an unstaffed annex with a number of guestrooms. There is someone in an office a few hours a day. There are absolutely no amenities and all communication happens through WhatsApp, largely through automatically generated messages. Our one encounter with a staff person was very pleasant and helpful but you should be warned that you are really on your own.

I was a single woman traveling alone during for the holidays, the Stay Kook is next door to a questionable establishment with people hanging out that left me not feeling very safe. I then learned that the balcony of my first floor room has no lock on the door. I asked that it be addressed and was advised nothing would be done, but it’s safe. Even the attendant advised that he had raised the same concerns to the manager. However, I was advised that there were no other rooms available and my money would not be returned to me. So, either remain in a scenario hat was clearly not safe or lose my money. I chose safety, so lost nearly 300 US.

Boede på værelse 302 som lå ud til vejen hvor der var en del larm da vinduerne ikke er isolerede - så jeg måtte sove med ørepropper. Derudover var der OK rent men der lå lange sorte år (formentlig fra rengøringskonen). Udover det - fint værelse til prisen. Jeg kommer gerne igen.

DA EVITARE!!!! Assistenza dello staff inesistente. Una sera un gruppo numeroso di ospiti israeliani ha organizzato un party con schiamazzi e persone ubriache che gridavano fino all’una di notte. Reception chiusa, chiamo il numero fornito, dopo aver sentito il problema riattaccano e non rispondono più. Dopo diversi messaggi whatsapp e minacce di chiamare la polizia arrivano due ragazzi che chiedono ai vicini di camera di fare silenzio e se ne vanno subito, e questi riprendono subito la festa. Impossibile dormire. Stanza molto diversa dalle foto su Expedia, solo una finestra che non si può aprire perché sulla strada a piano terra, con passanti che di notte si siedono sul davanzale per parlare. Letto rotto e mobili vecchi. Staff alla reception incapace di rispondere alle domande più semplici (dove acquistare i biglietti dei mei mezzi pubblici, come raggiungere il più importante museo di Gerusalemme, come arrivare a Gerusalemme dall’aeroporto di Tel Aviv di sabato). Assistenza Expedia molto deludente, una mattina persa per contattarli (lunghe attese al telefono e poi linea che cadeva) , nessun risultato ottenuto con la struttura, e un’offerta per riparare il danno ridicola.
