Customer service lacking, awesome place!
The place is absolutely amazing. Getting my access code to enter the building was quite the fiasco. I was directed to on online service that I was afraid was insecure, which told me that I would be sent an access code. I started trying to check in at 4PM, was standing outside the building for several hours and finally called hotels dot com and was able
to get the access code from them. I am a pretty tech savvy person, so that was not the problem. I talked to the owners and their only response was “ Hi Zac I am sorry to hear this please let us dig into the matter”. Never heard anything else. Customer service was majorly lacking on the front end and after the experience, other than that, it was great!
