The capsules were private and quiet, the bathrooms were very clean and nice, the neighborhood was walkable to the old city and very convenient for public transit. I would definitely recommend.

What a unique experience. I would say if you’re a light sleeper or claustrophobic maybe not the best choice for you but for those of you that aren’t, it’s a neat experience and is well affordable and worth it! The idea is genius and the bed was cozy and comfortable. The only down side is that it’s a bit snug as my “cubby” was by the bathroom door and had to squeeze/ move any time anyone was coming in or out. Would definitely stay there again.

Do not recommend

I did not stay here. In fact, I had to stand outside the front door for two hours trying to figure out why I received an email asking when I will arrive and then the doors are locked when I am standing right there. Come to find out finally, they closed and NEVER informed. Then hotels dot com didn't do anything to help me and so I've had it with this reservation.

Uncomfortable and unclean

The capsules are too small which makes it an uncomfortable stay. It's just an enclosed bed, that's all. Climbing up is a hassle and not for easy everyone. My bed was not clean, full of hairs. The bathrooms are not clean either, too small, and only two showers and 3 toilets for 30 ladies. It's noisy as well and you cannot control the temperature in your capsule.

Great capsule hotel! all of The staff are amazingly friendly and Welcoming. the receptionist May went out of her way to help me with booking a bus since I don’t speak Hebrew. I really appreciated that! The hotel is very clean and I appreciated the complimentary glass of wine during happy hour. wifi was great and the capsules were very nicely designed and with lockers. It has affordable rates while being clean, private and great location. The only downsides were no laundry options, Shower design and no kitchen for guests. As a backpacker it’s hard not having a kitchen to store food so I don’t have to eat out everyday. Also the showers are nice but small and hard to maneuver for privacy. I would definitely stay here again and appreciated my time in Jerusalem even more thanks to this hotel!

This is wonderful for anyone who can handle a tight but very comfy space I am Just learning about these accommodations and I really like the price and concept !!! Also is a cup of coffee or tea and a lively sandwich included in the morning

The hotel is very unique, comfortable and clean. It gives you the opportunity to have a safe place to stay for a night and keep going on your trip in the morning. The capsules are neat and well equipped, the bathrooms are clean. I liked the design and the minimalistic approach. The staff was polite and helpful. Will recommend it to my friends and family.
